Tooltac® is an adhesive backed PTFE coated fiberglass peel ply that adheres well to mold surfaces, providing semi-permanent release and improving the condition of the mold surface. It is suitable for all types of mold surfaces. The use of this product eliminates the need for other release agents on the mold surface, saving on release agent costs and eliminating potential transfer and residue of release agents. The backside silicone adhesive provides good temperature resistance and bonding effect. The product can withstand continuous temperature up to 260℃.
